At Products, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned sports equipment, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
